We held onto our friendship dear Kathy. In spite of all the greedy selfish spiteful and clueless people tried to bully you and con you into ending. I think they must have tried to pull every trick in the book to kick me out, so they could keep on filling their pockets. Even resorted to lying to young Sarah. The poor woman did not know what to think. Pity she never contacted me to ask. I will never be able to forgive them kathy for keeping us apart except via the telephone line. you were just to ill to be fully aware of what was going on around you and your family are simply an enigma. I have nothing on my consience, they all have. God bless you dear friend.xxx

It is about 43 years since you came to Australia, yet I can still picture your lovely face and smile when I met you. I'm grateful you came out here. I believe you took a cruise back from Sydney. I wonder if you sang onboard the ship.

My first appreciation of Kathy was when Secret Love had been released, and I was due to play cricket finals as an opening bowler. As I was at school and not earning, my older brother Vernon, said he would buy me the 45rpm vinyl if I could take 100 wickets for the season. I was already on 94, but the motivation to listen to the song, again and again, played thru my brain and when I reaced 99 wickets in the semi final, I turned to my brother and put up one finger, meaning one to go, and I took it next ball. I think it is fascinating what good music can do to motivate our lives. Kathy has been special ion my life ever since

I have been amazed by what I have learned since May this year, about Kathy's life, and how it has brought me closer to people 12,000 miles away where Kathy lived. It has been an amazing 6 months. Photo is a reminder that she appeared at Royal Command

Dear Kathy,
It is almost three years since you left us my dear.
Up to present date, your niece Lady Sarah Thatcher has not seen fit to let me know where I can lay a flower for you.
All that John and I can do is remember you with fondness and affection.
A dear friend of ours visited your mummy's grave recently in the hope that you would be with her.
Alas if you are my friend, there is no inscription to clarify It.
Patricia cleaned up the badly neglected grave and put some beautiful yellow roses in the container and laid a special one on top of the pot of your grandmother.
Kindly she found the baby's plot and laid a single yellow rose there also. Xxx

Dear Kathy, There is never a day passes by that you are not in our thoughts.
Your name is still spoken as though you never left us darling.
We shared many happy memories and had some good laughs.
Your leaving us was so sudden and we still haven't had complete closure.
We have to carry on and do our best to come to terms with losing you.
At present it is very difficult to deal with, you were very special to us and we miss you so much Kathy.
Tears are flowing down my face again baby, the only comfort I have is knowing that you are no longer in
pain.
This Christmas, you won't be alone waiting for me to ring.
You will be in Heaven and Walking with the King.
